Shipping

We deliver to Australia only & New Zealand at this stage* and local pickup from the inner west of Sydney can be selected during purchase and will be arranged by email.

*If you are located in another country we are happy to discuss whether it’s within the realm of possibility for us to supply and ship to you so drop us a line hello@hatchetstudio.com.au and we can take it from there.

Hatchet Studio will endeavour to fulfil your order ASAP but please keep in mind it’s a one person studio. If an item is in stock we will ship within a week of receiving your order. If it needs to be fabricated, allow 4 weeks, however, due to unforeseeable circumstances in fabrication delays may occasionally occur. In this instance Hatchet Studio will keep you abreast of timeline. For custom orders please allow 4-6 weeks.

Once shipped, deliveries generally take 1-5 business days depending on your location within Australia and from previous experience, approximately 10-14 days to New Zealand. Hatchet Studio uses Sendle or Shippit (unless circumstances do not allow) as they are 100% carbon neutral shipping services.

Please be aware that Hatchet Studio will mark parcel with ‘Authority to leave’ unless otherwise instructed at time of ordering.

Shipping depends on weight & location.

Within Australia orders are generally 0-5kg=$18AUD, 5-10kg=$36AUD, 10kg+$54AUD as standard unless otherwise indicated. If there are multiple large bulky items they will be packaged and shipping prices calculated individually. New Zealand orders need to be placed via email and shipping and taxes will be calculated prior to purchase.

Deliveries are not made on weekends.

Misplaced orders

The majority of orders sent by Hatchet Studio are with Sendle or Shippit unless otherwise advised. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier for you.
